Our Final Planning Session is a 60 minute appointment for clients who are already booked with Haven Hills Estate and are approaching their event date. This session is focused on finalizing all remaining details so your day runs smoothly and confidently.

This appointment is scheduled approximately 90 days before your event, once your guest count is finalized. During this session, we will review your timeline, layouts, vendor coordination, and any remaining details to ensure everything is aligned and ready.
